1974
Pimatic Oy operation started on 14, February.
1983
Mancon Oy became the new owner of the company.
1986
Mancon acquired M-Tek Oy and Tamhydro Oy.
1987
M-Tek Group established and Pimatic 100% under its ownership.
1995
Berendsen acquired M-Tek Group, including M-Tek Oy, Tamhydro Oy, Pimatic Oy and JKV Hydrauliikka Oy.
2000
Hexacon/ Dacke Hydraulic acquired the Industrial business operation from Berendsen, and changed the group´s name into Polarteknik PMC Oy AB.
2005
Sequlah III L.P. acquired Hexacon Automation and renamed it to Dacke PMC AB.
2009
Dacke PMC AB changed its name to PMC Group AB and the Finnish company changed into PMC Polarteknik Oy Ab in the same year.
2016
Nordstjernan Ab acquired PMC Group Ab and reorganized the PMC Polarteknik operations into PMC Hydraulics Oy and PMC Polarteknik Oy, including the pneumatic and Door Systems business operations.
2018
Polarteknik Oy demerged to Pimatic Oy for pneumatic business operations, and Polarteknik Oy for the Door Systems.
2020
Keväällä 2020 Pimaticin toimitusjohtajana väistynyt Tomi Ojala sanoo, että energiatehokkuus ja ympäristöarvot ovat entistä korostuneempia. Pimaticin toimitusjohtajana Ojalaa seuraa Mika Virtanen 1.2.2020 alkaen. ”Meillä on edelleen tuotannossa tuotteita, joiden elinkaaret ovat 30, jopa 40 vuotta. Mikä on sen ympäristöystävällisempää kuin suunnitella 40 vuotta kestävä tuote?” Polarteknikille siirtynyt Ojala sanoo.
